    项目位于广州市天河区珠江新城以北的元岗路,距离珠江新城直线距离6公里。项目净用地面积为61940㎡,总建筑面积分为地块1和地块2。地块1包括住宅、幼儿园和小学,其中住宅用地面积34356㎡,总建筑面积194513㎡,含计容面积137424㎡,幼儿园建筑面积2352.4㎡,小学建筑面积7194㎡;地块2为商业用地,用地面积17182㎡,总建筑面积114228㎡,含计容面积85910㎡。


           住宅区由10栋19层板、塔式高层围合而成,在满足严苛的建筑57米限高和4.0容积率等规划条件的同时,小区空间通透开阔,多数楼栋采光通风俱佳;建筑立面为典雅、端庄的新古典风格,沿街立面结合顶层复式户型,富有变化,提升城市沿街形象。


           住宅区中央花园景观面积约15000㎡,包括乐氧能量跑道、畅游泳池水景、缤纷亲子乐园、乐龄健身广场、复合篮球剧场、休闲滨河公园、萌萌宠物乐园和四季植物果园等八大园林景观体系。
            商业地块建筑限高与住宅相同,但容积率更高,为5.0,由3栋15层板楼围合而成,楼栋之间每隔四层设置空中连廊连接,作为共享、休闲空间。该连廊与楼栋形成内退关系,以减少对沿街立面的压迫感;建筑立面通过竖向线条分隔成不同的方格区间,显得简洁、富有韵律感。
             商业园林通过改造河涌绿化带,打造滨河风情商业街,结合建筑规划,设置空中绿色观景、休闲平台,为创客提供一个生态、共享空间。

    The project locates in Yuangang Road, Tianhe District, oriented north of the Pearl River New Town, and is 6 kilometers away from the Pearl River New Town in straight-line distance. The net land area of this project is 61940㎡.
    Total floorage is divided into Block 1 and Block 2. Block 1 includes residence、kindergarten and primary school,in which the residential area is 34356㎡ , the total floorage is 194513㎡ with a capacity building area of 137424㎡, the kindergarten floorage is 2352.4㎡, the primary school floorage is 7194㎡; the Block 2 is commercial area,its land area is 17182㎡, total floorage is 114228㎡ with a capacity building area of 85910㎡.
    Residential area is encircled by 10 plate and tower high-rise buildings with 19 floors, while meeting the strict planning regulation of height limit 57m and plot ratio 4.0, the residential area still keeps a transparent and open space and most buildings have both good sun light and ventilation efficiency; the building elevation style is elegant and dignified neoclassical style, the elevation along the street combined with the duplex household on the top floor, is full of diversity and improved the city street image.
    Residential area landscape center garden is about 15000㎡, with a eight elements landscape system including energized oxygen track、swimming pool waterscape、compound basketball theater、colorful parenting land、fitness square、riverside leisure park、cute pet land and four-season orchard etc.
    Commercial area building height limit is the same with the residential part, but has a higher plot ratio of 5.0. It is encircled by 3 plate building of 15 floors, between them every four floor an air connective corridor is set as a sharing and leisure space. The corridors formed an inner setback space shape with the building to reduce the pressure to the elevation shape along the street; the building elevation is divided by vertical lines and shaped into different squares, looks simple and full of rhythm.
        Commercial landscape through remodeling the river green belt, developing riverside style commercial street, setting aerial green viewing and leisure platform in combination with the building plan, provides an eco-friendly and sharing space to entrepreneurs.
